           Mr. Gu¡¯s ¡°Exercises for the Internal Organs¡± are an easy way to resolve different types of physical problems. These exercises are simple, basic motions that increase the blood supply and stimulate nerves that serve the internal organs. You can easily imitate and practice these movements on your own by going to the links on this site and watching the videos. Mr. Gu¡¯s exercises have no similarity at all to gym exercises which target the musculo-skeletal system.
           Proper circulation of maximum quantities of blood are necessary for daily health. ¡°Exercises for the Internal Organs¡± stimulate blood supply and activate the intrinsic workings of the internal organs, harmonizing their functions. When the internal organs perform normally, the body naturally restores itself to good health.
           This website will post new exercise videos periodically. You can effectively teach yourself the motions by copying what you see. Pay particular attention to mimicking the moves exactly, since the proper placement of body parts and the appropriate movements are important to successful improvement of your health.

      Key Points
           The exercises should be done in the order indicated, from 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4 ¡­. You cannot just do them randomly. Each motion has its own effect. The proper order of the movements affects their interaction. The order of the exercises is determined by the characteristics of each disease and is also based on my 10+ years of experience.
           Each motion should be done as accurately as possible for AT LEAST 30 seconds. One minute is best. You will feel hot, even flushed, especially patients with cancer, diabetes, constipation and asthma.
           Since it is hard to describe the motinos in words, you should take my video as the standard. Imitate every move exactly. In copying my exercises, stretch, pull and extend as powerfully as you can. Moving the limbs and spine as directed causes the organs to move, dragging and shoving them out of their stuck state. The stimulation of nerves and blood circulation to the organs is thus improved, allowing tissue and function to recover and patients to find health again.

      CANCER EXERCISES
          How can cancer patients do the right exercises?
          1.  Chemotherapy Phase
               When in the chemotherapy phase, a patient should select exercises targeted to the location of her/his cancer. The effect of these exercises for the non-cancer patient is to strengthen blood circulation, thereby increasing both the quantity and speed of blood flow. This allows organs to acquire more nutrition and speed up the metabolism at the same time. For the cancer patient, the effect is to more quickly deliver the chemotherapy drug to the cancerous tumor through faster blood flow. The speed of blood circulation in the area of the cancer fully decides the effect of the chemotherapy treatment.
               An area of the body containing cancer has poor blood circulation, causing the temperature of this area to be cooler than healthy parts of the body. There are two key points to successful chemotherapy treatment: the first is selecting the correct chemotherapy drug; the second is opening the blockage of blood vessels in the cancerous area. Blocked vessels keep the chemotherapy drug from reaching the tumor in a timely manner and weaken the potential healing effect of the drug.
               Doing Mr. Gu¡¯s exercises targeted to the area of your cancer 1 or 2 times each day will open the blocked blood vessels, allowing the chemo drug fast and smooth access to the tumor to kill the cancer.

          2.  Low White Blood Cell Count
               When you are in chemotherapy, the white blood cell count often decreases or is difficult to increase. The volume of blood cells can decrease as well. If this occurs, you should do leukocyte (white blood cell) exercises to increase your white blood cell count.

          3.  Drug Resistance
               Patients will often develop antibodies that can counteract the effect of the chemotherapy, rendering the drugs ineffective. When this happens¡ªor after chemotherapy has ended¡ªthe only weapon you have to fight the cancer is your immune system. At this time do the following Immune System Stepping Exercises. After a 30 minute break, do the T-Cell Exercises and Chest Blood Circulation Exercises. Do this routine at least twice a day.
               Immune System Stepping Exercises   are an important basic exercise for cancer, especially for terminal cancer.                If you have muscle rigidity and poor blood circulation on the neck, do Cervical Exercises (section 1-8) plus. If you are shortness of breath, do Lung Exercises (section 1,2,4) plus. Serious person can do entire Lung Exercises (section 1-11).

      DIABETES EXERCISES   These exercises will make your body hot, so that carbohydrates burn faster. When this happens, blood sugar decreases quickly. For seriously ill diabetic patients, each motion should be done twice a day for at least 30 seconds. One minute is better. Consistently doing these exercises will bring about a good result.            Artist Iris Nemni has been passionately involved with the world of art. As an Italian citizen, she was involved in Italian fashion, co-produced ¡°E la Nave Va,¡± a classic film by the great Fedrico Fellini and has intensively studied the history of art at the Accademia di Brera in Milano. Iris painted a portrait of Mr. Gu in 2002. Mr. Gu is a renowned Master of the art of Chinese healing exercises in the US and in Shanghai.
